Bobby Morgan is the founder of Live Prosperous and Prosperitas Enterprises, a socially impactful education and inspiration company helping individuals, teams, and organizations build the resilience and emotional strength to thrive through life's inevitable storms. A Penn State Electrical Engineering grad, Bobby went from milking cows on the family farm to designing communication systems for Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, and the White House as a program manager at the Naval Air Warfare Center. He co-founded MorganFranklin Corporation in 1998 and led it as CEO to roughly $100M in revenue before its national security division was acquired by SRA. Today he is also founder of Talaria Media and managing partner of the Morgan family investment firm Caneel, LLC. A cancer survivor who has never taken a single day for granted, Bobby draws on 30+ years in culture and leadership development and his own storms to help people show up fully for themselves, their teams, and their communities.
