Full Bio
JB Spisso is a leadership and performance coach who helps organizations build cultures where people and results thrive. Drawing on decades of experience as a Sergeant Major (Ret.) in the U.S. Army and as a leadership consultant, JB centers his work on people-first leadership: the conviction that when leaders invest in their people, performance, cohesion, and trust follow. He has worked with elite organizations across professional sports, higher education, and the corporate world, including the New York Rangers, Penn State, the University of Michigan, Notre Dame, the Florida Panthers, ADP, American Express, and Coca-Cola. Whether he is on stage, in a locker room, or in a boardroom, JB brings the same message: great teams are built by leaders who put their people first.
