Full Bio
Ben Harrow has spent his life solving problems most people would walk away from. He was a college lacrosse player at West Point, led an infantry platoon in Iraq in 2005–2006 during some of the war's most decisively engaged years, and then earned the Green Beret with U.S. Army Special Forces (7th Group). His biggest challenge came in Afghanistan, when he stepped on a land mine and nearly lost his life.
A double amputee told he would never walk again, Ben refused that answer. He took his recovery into his own hands researching, challenging his doctors, and developing his own method to get back on his feet and move forward with life. Today he is CEO of PAM Jets, where he solves some of aviation's largest logistical problems, and a sought-after voice on resilience and the elite mindset.
Ben's message is simple and uncompromising: there is nothing special about being Special Forces. The people who do hard things just want it more than anyone else. He helps teams, leaders, and the next generation understand what it actually takes to be elite in sport, in service, in business, and in the moments life knocks you down.
