Live Prosperous was founded by Bobby Morgan, whose career advising corporations, federal agencies, and executive leaders gave him a deep understanding of culture, strategy, and organizational transformation. He set out to build a resilient life and leadership system that strengthens people at every level, so teams and organizations can thrive from the inside out.

To grow that vision, Bobby recruited Freddie Scott, whose leadership work with elite NFL and NCAA athletes offers a powerful perspective on performance, discipline, and emotional intelligence under pressure. They were later joined by Beth Shaha, whose decades of coaching help individuals turn insight into lasting leadership habits, and JB Spisso, who brings extensive experience developing leaders in military, veteran, and high-performance environments.

Together, the four bring complementary lenses to their work: corporate culture, elite athletics, emotional intelligence, and military-grade resilience. The result is a unified approach that makes high-performance leadership principles accessible to everyone.
